The rod comes with a pre-attached Scandinavian Tackle Rulla series open reel. The reel comes with fiber line. Depending on the rod model, either a 1000 size reel with 0.14 fiber line or a 2000 size reel with 0.18 fiber line is included. This is a very easy way to get started with casting fishing.

Blacksox 752M open reel rod

The Blacksox BSX 752 M is a sensitive tip spinning rod and is designed specifically for drop shot fishing, but thanks to the strength and sensitive tip found in the base of the blank, the rod can also be fished with flippers, wobblers and spoons. Team Scandinavian Tackle has been heavily involved in the design, and after numerous tests, the rod's operation, lure weight and other details have been refined to its current form. The reel's sturdy and durable body is made of premium Graphite material. The reel's gearbox is CNC-machined from brass and special steel. The reel has high-quality ball bearings and the reel's aluminum spool has been lightened. The thick handle together with the ball-bearing line guide winds the line evenly onto the reel. The reel's spool comes with pre-braided line. The reels are pre-made according to the target fish.
